COLLECTION we will collect from any location in the UK – either loose records or filled boxes – using our own trained staff and dedicated fleet of vehicles. We don’t sub-contract!

CONFIDENTIALITY stored records invariably contain sensitive information. To ensure privacy we employ only our own staff at all stages in managing your archives. We are of course also registered under the data protection act of 1998. All documents are kept on a bar coded dedicated system which can be adapted to clients own specific requirements as necessary.

INVENTORY a detailed inventory of your records is maintained on our bespoke database, we are also only too happy to undertake inventorying for you if required or conversely we have full facilities, meetings room, document viewing rooms where clients can attend and undertake the inventory work themselves should they wish to do so.

INSPECTION if you wish to inspect your records, ask us to deliver them directly to your premises or use our in-house viewing rooms facilities.

DESTRUCTION all expired records are disposed of securely and confidentially by an approved contractor.

STORAGE CARTONS C W Harrison can supply to clients who require them flat packs which can be delivered to any specific location. Once filled they can then be collected and placed in our storage system. We can also supply shrink wrap, bubble wrap, self adhesive labels and sealing tape as required.
