About the Principal of C.W. Harrison & Son

A Sheriff’s Officer/High Court Enforcement Officer for in excess of 35 years, Dion Harrison was a founder member of the revived Sheriff’s Officers Association of England and Wales and was privileged to serve as their Secretary and Treasurer for 25 years. He is currently on the board of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association Ltd and has been actively involved in the consultation process leading to the current “High Court Enforcement Officers Regulation of 2004”. Dion Harrison is a Chartered Surveyor and, as an auctioneer, has conducted over 3000 auction sales and earnestly hopes to conduct many more.

We have several specialist departments, headed by our H.C.E.O. Manager Andrew Bradley, who has been a Sheriff’s Officer/High Court Enforcement Officer for over 25 years and is a qualified member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association whose team, together with Stephen Lambert, Assistant Manager, who is also a member of the HCEOA, brings its own skills and experience to manage the High Court Enforcement Department.

All administrative and support staff have been personally selected for their ability to deal with the day-to-day running of the department. We believe that the success of the business lies in the quality of service, from the initial acknowledgement letter to paying out of monies collected. The department prides itself on its personal service, excellent reporting, day-to-day liaison with claimant’s solicitors, fast turnaround of cases and paying out of monies.

C.W. Harrison & Son are continually investing and developing their I.T. The large client base are currently enjoying computer-generated remittance and cheques, proactive supervision of cases by qualified staff, computer-generated SMS text messages to bailiffs, satellite navigation systems, and vehicle trackers, supported by proactive officers for effective enforcement.
