2009 STATIC CARAVAN FOR SALE PRIVATELY  

CARNABY HENLEY CARAVAN CURRENTLY LOCATED AT LONGBEACH LEISURE PARK, HORNSEA.

The caravan was purchased new in May 2009 (original cost price in excess of £26,600.00), comprises 37 x 12 x 2 Henley Carnaby static caravan with UPVC decking and steps to side and also a green plastic “bunker” to the rear. The plot occupied is one of the premier plots on the Longbeach Leisure Park and has the benefit of uninterrupted beach/sea views. You will note from the photographs the condition etc of the caravan which has double bedroom with fitted wardrobing and “on suite” shower, WC, sink etc. separate WC twin bedded bedroom and fitted lounge kitchen area etc

In reference to the Longbeach Leisure Park details of this together with photographs etc are available on their web site, site fees for this particular plot are paid until 1st January 2011 this in the sum of £2,026.00 typical rates in reference to caravans are £145.00 payable annually on the 1st July, electricity on site is metered, gas is available on site and is sold by the bottle, again details in reference to this are available from the Longbeach Leisure Park web site.

Buyers Premium: Would clientele please note that a Buyers Premium of 10% plus VAT will be applicable at all auction sales. The only exception to this is Buyers Premium on vehicles which is charged at 5% plus VAT and lots to which this are marked clearly in the catalogue
Payment: The Conditions Of Sale refer strictly to CASH settlement. This means coins and notes of the realm. Cheques will not be accepted unless arrangements are made with the auctioneers offices prior to the sale day. Payment can also be made by credit and debit cards (subject to surcharges of £3.00 plus VAT flat rate for debit cards (£3.53) and 4% plus VAT for credit cards).
Money Laundering Regulations: Under no circumstances can Chas. W. Harrison & Son accept cash payments in excess of £5,000
Please Note:
1 Official proof of identification must be produced to obtain a bidding card (i.e. driving license or other official document with name and current postal address thereon), otherwise a refundable cash deposit of £50.00 (£200.00 if bidding on vehicles) must be paid to the Registration Clerk - WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
2. Due to insurance company requirements, the Auctioneers' staff are no longer able to assist with the loading or unloading of customers vehicles.
3. The Auctioneers' staff are no longer able to bid on behalf of clientele except on the basis of the proxy form.
